Lets Explain what each of those category does.
JoinDM
[+] This category Will send a message to an user that joins the server you can enable or disable, You can set a message and when an user joins they bot will send them a message.
JoinPing
[+] This will ping every user that joins the server to a certain channel, for example [.joinping channel #chat] now the user that joins they will get pinged in that channel.
Filter
Filter will delete any words you add into the systhem any bad words you add it will delete it automatically.
