PinguBot&nbsp;echoes any length and upper/lowercase combination of a noot.
A noot qualifies as a noot if it starts with "n" ends with "t" and remaining length consists of any amount of "o"s
No prefix is required ᶠᵒʳ ᵇᵉᵗᵗᵉʳ ᵒʳ ʷᵒʳˢᵉ&nbsp;, so you&nbsp;may experience&nbsp;PinguBot&nbsp;nooting at unexpected moments.&nbsp;
