Hello, bot dev. I recently came to attention that some of the moderators seem to act toxic towards people who either want to bomb a sole animal character or to new people in general by banning them immediately. There is also 2 verification systems that require a phone number and typing a password which isn't very welcoming. Highly appreciate if you can resolve the poor management otherwise the bot ... The bot was initially great, but when it came back they only had half of the characters they had before and me and my friends no longer had the ones we spent so much time leveling up. Sadly this left a sour taste in our mouth and we will be looking for a better bot.
