Does not Work I would not recommend this bot unless the devs of the bot can make it easier to use then I would give this a higher rating

Keep your channels clean by wiping old messages! This bot will automatically delete them. Everything pruned neat and tidy by your janitor
Just add the bot to your server, make sure it can delete messages in your selected channels and write DeleteBot in the channel's topic!
If you write a number after the word 'DeleteBot' then that will specify how long the messages are kept (in days, 1-12). For example DeleteBot1 will be one day (plus the time the bot takes to check your channel for messages). The default value is 7 days, and you can only set whole numbers between 1 and 12 for now.
Keep in mind that the bot won't delete pinned messages and messages older than two weeks.
The messages are checked daily so it might take an extra day for them to be wiped, more if the channel has been inactive.

Does not work I would not use this bot in the future as it does not do what it's supposed to do so I give it a 1 star

I've been using this discord bot for over a year, and it's been working great. You have to remember to set the channel topic as well as inviting the bot to the channel for it to take affect, but other than that it's pretty much set it and forget it. Those who said the bot doesn't work are probably expecting immediate results, but that's not how the bot works. As mentioned, anything older than 2 we ...

I have a couple of questions. Example: I added "DeleteBot" to the channel. I added permission for deleteting. I added "Deletebot 30" in the channel description. But it still says "Messages deleted after 12 days". I also wanted to join the discord server, but the invitation (link) is outdated. I'm not convinced yet.

worked great for a few months but seems to not be working now. It will not even respond to a /help command. While it was working it was Awesome
