v4.2 Update of the bot.


Added a new command handler to optimize bot's perfomance and to make new commands easier.
Added new aliases for the commands: p!ch, p!wp, p!dm, p!ar.
Added p!vote command for anyone who wants to support the bot

Fixed the bug when character rarity showed wrong ammount of stars.
Fixed the bug when the vision emojis wasn't shown.
Fixed the bug with spaces instead of dashes.

Very helpful and informative bot, I really like it that you don't have to type hundreds of commands for more information and it uses reactions instead. No information about game stuff is missing and I personally love it!
