You asked for it. 1-question surveys can now be shared as public poll embeds. Results are visible before and after your members vote using buttons.

Just create a survey as usual with the `/survey options new`command. If your survey is just 1-question long, you will get the option to post it as a poll or as a survey.

Polls are available for the following question types: yes/no questions, single-select and multi-select.

I'm asking because we have a little something for you. No Time Stone, sorry, but a new SurveyBot update that will give you time manipulation powers! 

After creating a new poll or survey, no need to rush and start it immediately. You now have additional options which will show after the preview:
 
🔮  Use the start mode button to schedule your launch in advance, or switch back to manual mode;

🧙‍♂️  Use the end mode to schedule in advance how long your poll/survey stays open;

🕥  For both scheduling and automatic stop, you can now be more precise and use hours or even minutes. For example, use 1d2h30m to keep your poll/survey open for 1 day, 2 hours and 30 minutes.

🧪  Want to be sure your survey is working before starting it or scheduling it? Use the Test privately button. 

🎚️ Make other changes any time you want! whether you want to change the questionnaire itself, the channel where your poll will be posted ('post channel'), the role required to answer, the text and ping that come with the post ('call-to-action), or the option to publish results automatically when the survey closes. All options are now available both during survey creation and with the  /survey options Edit command. You are fully in control!

😴 Not totally sure about posting after creating the questionnaire? Take a break! Use exit, then come back to finish your setup when ready with the  /survey options Edit command (make sure you are on manual start mode and not scheduled).

What would you do if you could control time? 

It's been a busy October for SurveyBot! We are excited to announce several new features:

↩️`Change vote allowed`: with this option, your users can remove and change their vote(s) as many times as they want until the poll is closed. 

👀 `Voters-only results`: with this option, your members need to vote before they can see results. Then, they can reveal the results privately by pressing the 👀 button.

🙈 `Hidden results`: with this option, results are hidden from the poll embed. Your members can only see the results if you share them (which you can already do manually or automatically). 

🔊 Public polls as you know them today are still available, of course!

⚡ `/poll` command: create polls super quickly without wizard / temporary channel. The only inputs required are a question, a list of answers, and a question type. Need to make changes, give your poll a name, stop/restart the poll, post it again or in another channel? No problem. The new command is just a shortcut. All functionality to edit surveys still works with /survey options edit.

Autumn is here! If you like taking pictures, it may be your favorite season with all these vibrant colors. Talking about pictures... They say a picture is worth a thousand words... They are so right! This week's new features will help make your polls and surveys more visually engaging :

🖼️ Add a picture to your polls and survey questions. You can use the image of a product, digital asset or banner that you want people to give their opinion on, or you can just add a fun GIF to make your questions more engaging. You decide! Grab the url of a picture and give it a try!

🟪 Select a chart emoji for your poll: you can now select 🟩, 🟪, 👍, or a choice of seasonal emojis. Do you remember how in October we put 🎃 everywhere on your charts without notice? Sorry about that, we got a bit carried away. It's not going to happen again because now you are in full control of what your charts look like. Do you want to add some seasonal fun? In November, say hello to 🦃 and 🍂 as alternative chart emojis. We are already already taking suggestions for December...

🛋️Introducing the "Survey Room" Category: it is a new (optional) category on your server that you can now assign or create in your /settings. When SurveyBot creates a temporary channel for your users to take private surveys, all these channels will go inside the category. If your server is becoming noisy with a lot members starting surveys at the same time, just mute the survey room category and enjoy the sound of silence!

🥸 Server nicknames are now showing in your full data exports reports. Before, we only had usernames and discriminator, which sometimes is not how you know other members. So, now you really know what your friends (as you call them) have voted.

So, to summarize this week's update: friends with recognizable names, a cosy room, vibrant colors and beautiful pictures. Sounds like Autumn to me. Will you have a hot cocoa with that?
