Banned from a server because my s/o joined the same server with this authentication. Visited the support section to open a ticket for that issue, it told me to contact the discord I was banned from. I can't re-join the discord because I have been banned from it. Confusing just to talk to someone to get assistance. Great idea for a bot, not such a great execution.

My ticket for VPN blacklisting removal was closed after 2 hours "due to inactivity" because nobody replied from the staff team.
