Commands:
r!play (station) - Plays the station provided.
r!radios - Lists all radio stations.
r!help - General help command.
r!np - Gets the currently playing station, the song and the currently set volume.
r!owofy - Turns any text provided into OwO-Speech
r!vol - Change the playing volume between 10-100%
