Literally Perfect. But dude... Seriously the logs are arguably is the most disappointing stuff in this bot. Literally ez 10/10 if the logs were like "Readable"??? Literally the font is messed up and the words? Well they aren't even words!! So much that i loved this bot. I really would be happy to fix this issue. Secondly. Why don't you make the "claim" button lock the ticket for the other staff...(edited)
