Your AI-powered utility otter for Discord. Support with an AI assistant at its core, and modules you add as your server needs them.

Members open a ticket from a panel. The assistant answers first, from what your server already knows, and hands the ticket to your team with a short summary as soon as a person is needed. Everything is set up in a web dashboard at guildotter.com, no config commands to learn.

The assistant

• Answers from your sources: knowledge base entries, Discord channels you choose, web pages and public GitHub repositories.
• Asks before it guesses: a clarifying question when a request is unclear, and a check that the problem is really solved before it closes anything.
• Hands over cleanly: when it cannot help or the member asks for a person, it pings your team with a brief of what was asked and what was tried. When someone from the team writes, it steps back.
• Learns only with your permission: after a solved ticket it can suggest a knowledge entry. Your team accepts or dismisses it.
• Answers in the member's language and screens messages for prompt injection, abuse and self-harm.

The ticket system

• Panels with buttons or a dropdown, topics, and forms that ask up to five questions before a ticket opens
• Claim, transfer, add and remove members, rename, reopen, ask a senior for help
• Opening hours, capacity limits and a live wait-time estimate on the panel
• Inactivity reminders and auto-close, ratings after closing, a blacklist with durations
• Transcripts as a web page behind a private link, and a searchable ticket history in the dashboard
• Every message the bot sends is editable in a visual builder with variables

Modules

• Voice support: a waiting room, a queue and a live team dashboard to pull members into calls
• Stat channels: channel names that show open tickets, wait time or ratings
