Fragmingo

Fragmingo is a Discord bot for making short reaction GIFs from text you type and from short video messages.

Use /fragmingo text:<message> to generate a GIF, or add template:<id> to pick a specific style. For videos, right-click an mp4, mov, or webm message and use Apps > Make Fragmingo GIF.

What it does

• Turns typed text into a short reaction GIF
• Turns short video messages into 2-second GIF clips with optional captions
• Supports Japanese and English text
• Includes 50+ GIF styles
• Posts the finished GIF back to the Discord channel
• Provides slash command autocomplete for template IDs
• Lets users right-click a message and start a GIF reply from that message text
• Lets users right-click a video message and convert it into a GIF
• Lets users vote on Top.gg for +3 renders on the current day

Safety and anti-spam

• Slash-command based; Fragmingo does not watch every message or auto-reply
• Does not require Administrator permission
• Free usage is capped at 10 text GIFs/day and 2 video-to-GIF renders/day
• Top.gg votes add +3 renders to the current day's limit
• Each user can only keep 2 render jobs pending at once
• Cooldowns help prevent rapid repeat posting
• Progress and preview flows are ephemeral
• Mentions are restricted to avoid mass pings
• Server managers can switch the bot to preview-required, download-only, or disabled mode
• Users can report generated GIFs for review with /frag report

Free users get 10 text GIF renders/day and 2 video-to-GIF renders/day with a small fragmingo.app watermark. Voting on Top.gg adds +3 renders to the current day's limit. Use /frag vote to open the vote page from Discord.

User Pro is $4.99/month: no watermark on that user's text and video GIFs, 50 text GIF renders/day, 10 video-to-GIF renders/day, and priority rendering. Server Premium is for a whole Discord server: no watermark for everyone, 500 server text GIFs/day, 50 server video GIFs/day, and priority rendering. Regular price is $19.99/month; launch price is $9.99/month for early servers while the launch offer is active.
