The Origin Story

Managing alliance servers on Discord is challenging. Representatives from different servers need roles, their ads need tracking, and when they leave, cleanup is a hassle. QuasarBot was built to automate all of this.

Alliance Management Made Simple

At its core, QuasarBot excels at partnership server management. Set up an ad channel and representative role, and the bot handles everything automatically. When someone mentions a representative in the ad channel, they instantly get the rep role. Every mention is tracked in a database, creating a complete history of who partnered and when. Points are earned for every ad, with a leaderboard to track top partners.

The J2L (Join-to-Leave) system adds another layer of automation. Enable it, and anyone who leaves within 24 hours of joining gets automatically banned. When representatives leave the server, their ads are automatically deleted and they can be banned, keeping your server clean.

A daily scan runs at midnight PHT to catch anyone who left while the bot was offline, ensuring no leaver goes unnoticed.

Points & Leaderboard

Every ad earns points. Points are displayed instantly with daily, weekly, monthly, and total breakdowns. The leaderboard shows top partners with medal emojis. Personal stats let users track their own progress. 2x points events can boost activity during special occasions.

Auto Responders

Set up custom auto responders to answer frequently asked questions or provide information automatically. Configure triggers and responses with category restrictions and staff-only options for complete control.

Welcome System

Custom welcome messages with variables, random message collections, DM welcome options, and customizable embed colors make every new member feel welcomed.
