Low's Translator

Read any Discord message in your language without leaving the chat. Right-click a message, hit Translate, and get it back in the language you set. It works everywhere you do: in any server, in DMs, and in group chats, even where the bot is not a member. No setup needed: your first translation simply uses the language your Discord client speaks.

What it does

• One-click translation. Right-click any message, then choose Apps > Translate. The result is shown only to you.
• Translate images. Right-click a screenshot, photo, or meme and read the text inside it in your language, powered by AI vision.
• Translate voice messages. Right-click any voice message or audio clip to get a transcript, translated into your language.
• Live voice captions. Run /transcribe in a voice channel and every spoken sentence appears as text in a thread, speaker by speaker, translated into your language (Max).
• Text-to-speech. Turn any text into a natural spoken audio clip with /speak, in the voice you choose.
• Speak in voice channels. Run /voice and the bot joins your voice channel and reads your text aloud in a natural voice, queuing messages so several people can take turns (Max).
• Duo conversations. /duo opens a private thread between you and one other person where you each write your own language and the bot translates every message for the other, both ways. When it ends, you both get the transcript by DM.
• Explain, not just translate. Apps > Explain unpacks idioms, slang, and tone with AI, in your language.
• Translate any text. Use /translate to translate text you type (or paste) on the spot, picking the language and engine if you want.
• React to translate. Add a country flag reaction to translate a message for everyone, or set your own emoji to get a private translation by DM.
• Reply translations by DM. When someone replies to your message, opt in to get their reply delivered straight to your DMs in your language, while the normal mention stays in the channel.
• Three engines. DeepL for top quality, Azure for the widest language coverage, and OpenAI (GPT) for strong nuance in any language. If one engine cannot serve a message, the bot falls back automatically.
• Formality & style control. On paid plans, choose formal or informal output where the engine supports it.
• Personal glossary. Keep names, brands, and slang in their original form so they are never translated, across every engine.
• Private by design. Translations are shown to you and not stored, message text is only kept briefly so you can edit or report a translation, then it is discarded.
• Slash commands. Set your language with /setlanguage, check usage with /usage, see your stats with /recap and /profile, compare against the top translators with /leaderboard, invite friends for bonus characters with /referral, vote for extra characters with /vote, and get a quick guide any time with /help.

For your server

• Channel auto-translation. Choose a channel and a target language, and the bot automatically translates every new message into it, reposting each one under the original author's name. Perfect for keeping a multilingual community in sync without anyone having to lift a finger. Available on every plan; Pro unlocks 2 languages per channel and Max unlimited.
• Linked channels. Bridge channels in different languages with /link: a message posted in one is translated and reposted in the others, as its author.
• Access control. Block members or require a role for auto-translate, linked channels, and public reaction translations, with /access or from the dashboard.
• Server language. Set a default target language for the whole server. It is used for members who have not picked their own yet, as well as for public flag and emoji translations, so newcomers get readable translations right away.
• Server glossary. Add preserved words that apply to everyone in the server, so names, brands, and project terms stay untouched in every translation, not just your own.
• Server insights. /serverstats shows your server's activity as an image card with a translations graph, plus an optional public stats page you can share.

Server settings are managed by admins from the web dashboard.

• Free: 15,000 characters per month, 25 AI translations, 2 image translations, voice transcription and text-to-speech to try, and a 5-word glossary.
• Pro (2.99 EUR / month, or 29.99 EUR / year): 50,000 characters, 1,000 AI translations, 25 image translations, 10 minutes of voice transcription and ~10 minutes of text-to-speech per month, formality & style control, a 20-word glossary, the option to hide the repost link, and a priority translation queue.
