Support Bot — Tickets + AI + Moderation + Leveling + Giveaways

A full multipurpose Discord bot written in Python (discord.py), built around a polished ticket system with AI-powered first-response support.

Features

  • Tickets/ticket setup walks you through a full embed builder (Title/Description/Color/Image/Thumbnail/raw JSON import) with a live preview, lets you pick dropdown- or button-style category selection, and saves everything per-server. No premium tier, no locked fields — every admin gets the full builder. Modal for the user's issue, private ticket channels, Claim/Close buttons, automatic transcript logging. /ticket logs and /ticket category let you view or change the log channel / ticket category any time, without re-running the whole wizard.
  • AI Support — every new ticket (and /ask anywhere) gets answered by Claude and/or GPT. If the AI isn't confident (bans, payments, reports, or anything it doesn't know), it automatically pings your support role instead of guessing.
  • Moderation — kick, ban, timeout, warn (+ warning history), purge.
  • Leveling — XP for chatting, level-up announcements, role rewards, /rank and /leaderboard.
  • Giveaways — button-based entry, auto-drawn winners, /giveaway-reroll.
  • Utility/help, /ping, /serverinfo, /userinfo, /say (send a message as the bot, optionally into another channel or as an embed — requires Manage Messages).

Set up tickets in Discord

  1. Run /ticket setup category_type:<Select Menu or Buttons> channel:#ticket-logs (channel is where staff get notified and transcripts get logged).
  2. A builder message appears with buttons: Title, Description, Color, Image, Thumbnail, JSON — click any of them to customize that part of the public panel embed. The preview updates live as you go. There's also a JSON button if you'd rather paste/import a full embed at once.
  3. Click Save & Set Category and pick the category new ticket channels should be created under, plus the support role that can see them. Click Confirm Setup.
  4. Run /ticket panel in whatever channel members should open tickets from — it posts your custom embed with the category style you chose.

That's it — users pick a category, describe their issue, get a private channel, and the AI takes a first pass automatically.

Need to change the log channel or the category later without redoing the whole wizard?

  • /ticket logs — shows the current log channel. /ticket logs channel:#new-channel changes it.
  • /ticket category — shows the category new tickets are created under (i.e. where you'll find every open ticket). /ticket category category:<a category> changes it.
