VaultBot can automatically welcome new members in your chosen channel with a message configured specifically for your server.

Use welcome messages to introduce your community, direct members towards important channels and resources, explain how to get started or simply make every new member feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

Build trusted communities

VaultBot replaces basic vouch channels with a structured reputation system built directly into Discord.

Members can give vouches, build reputation, view profiles and compare leaderboard positions, while server owners can configure ranks and milestones around their own community.

For trading and marketplace communities, VaultBot also includes a dedicated Scam Reports system.

Reports follow a structured investigation process, allowing staff to review cases and update their status from Pending Review through to Action Taken, Dismissed or Closed.

Servers can also configure a warning role that VaultBot applies while a reported member is under investigation, providing a visible precaution without treating an allegation as confirmed before staff have reviewed the evidence.

Powerful moderation and AutoMod

VaultBot supports moderation cases, warnings, notes, timeouts, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, unbans, purge actions and moderation history.

AutoMod adds another layer of protection with configurable blocked terms, links, GIFs and warning rules.

Server owners can create warning-point systems and automatic punishment thresholds, allowing VaultBot to escalate repeated violations through actions such as timeouts, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans.

Keep important information visible

Sticky Messages prevent important information from disappearing in busy channels.

Choose a message and configure how many genuine member messages should be sent before it refreshes.

Once the threshold is reached, VaultBot removes the previous copy and reposts the sticky at the bottom of the channel, keeping it visible without staff repeatedly posting it themselves.

Bot messages do not count towards the refresh requirement.
