Clovis: raid night, sorted

Clovis replaces the weekly "who's on?" poll for Destiny 2 clans and friend groups.

How it works

1. /raid plan posts an availability poll, or /raid autopoll posts one every Tuesday after reset.
2. Everyone picks the nights and raids they can do, and the hours they're free, in their own timezone.
3. Clovis ranks the best nights and suggests a start time.
4. Lock one in to get a roster, a thread, a Discord event, and pings for everyone who said they could make it.
