I used it in my server, and compared to Ticket Tool, this is 100x way better than it. I love how they don't force branding and you can actually edit the embed without the premium. It's like a hidden gem for those new servers. If I had money, I would buy premium just because how good this is. You normally will never find good bots like this, that block all of the normal feautures by a paywall. Than...
