Beyond the Numbers is a supportive community built for people living with diabetes, those who are newly diagnosed, loved ones, and anyone seeking to better understand the journey.

Living with diabetes is about more than blood sugar readings, medications, appointments, and technology. It can bring daily challenges, victories, frustration, questions, and experiences that are often difficult for others to understand. Beyond the Numbers is being built to create a welcoming place where people can connect with others who get it.

Our community provides spaces to share personal experiences, discuss the day-to-day realities of diabetes, talk about food and lifestyle, connect over blood sugar management, celebrate wins, seek peer support, and build meaningful friendships. We also welcome social conversation, events, gaming, and community activities because life with diabetes is about more than diabetes alone.

Beyond the Numbers is built on respect, acceptance, and inclusion. Everyone deserves a space where they can share their story without being judged, mocked, or made to feel unwelcome.

This is a peer-support community and is not a replacement for professional medical care. Members are encouraged to share experiences and learn from one another, but medical advice, medication decisions, insulin dosing, and treatment changes should always be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional such as an endocrinologist, general practitioner, primary care provider, or pharmacist.
