🎫 Tickets that staff actually enjoy

• Panels & categories — post a panel with a dropdown; each category opens its own ticket with its own staff roles and channel category.
• Pre-ticket forms — up to five questions per category (text, dropdowns, checkboxes, image upload) so staff start with the answers.
• Canned responses with autocomplete and {user} / {agent} personalisation.
• Internal staff notes on any ticket, never shown to the member.
• Claiming, priorities, tags, reopening, satisfaction ratings on close, transcripts and webhook logging.
• Support hours per server or per panel, in any timezone, with breaks and closed dates — warn members outside them or refuse new tickets, with a live open/closed line on the panel.
• Auto-close inactive tickets, with a reminder first.
• Analytics — when tickets arrive, response times by the clock and inside support hours, backlog age, per-agent leaderboard.
• DM tickets relayed to a private staff channel, optionally in a separate support server (Whitelabel add-on).

🔐 Member verification

New members get an unverified role and press Verify: one click, a captcha inside Discord, or a web check. Punish those who never pass (kick, ban, quarantine with an appeal the staff reviews from a card). Adaptive checks for young or avatar-less accounts, alt detection, country/Tor blocks, and members who rejoin are remembered.

🛡️ Honeypot

A bait channel members are told never to write in. Spam bots and hacked accounts post everywhere they can — the first message there gives them away and SUPREO removes them, with a DM explaining why.

👋 Welcome cards & auto roles

Greet every new member with a card and a generated welcome image (their avatar, their name, a button straight to support), and give them roles the moment they join.
