🔐 Permissions — what Woobly asks for and why

Woobly requests only the permissions its modules use, not Administrator. Run /permissions in your server to see, per module, which permissions the bot needs and which ones it is still missing.

• Manage Roles: level rewards, reaction roles, invite rewards, auto-roles, ticket and private channel access
• Manage Channels: ticket channels, private voice/text channels, shift categories
• Manage Server: reading invite counts (invite tracking)
• Manage Nicknames: nickname prefixes by role
• Ban Members / Kick Members: blacklist and moderation actions from the dashboard
• View Audit Log: audit module (who performed each action)
• Move Members / Connect: private voice channels
• Manage Messages: removing Wordle guesses so the answer is not spoiled
• Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Add Reactions, Read Message History, View Channel: panels, alerts, logs, welcome cards, transcripts and suggestion votes

💡 Discord only lets a bot assign roles below its own highest role. Place the Woobly role above the roles you want it to manage.

If a command fails because of a missing permission, Woobly tells you exactly which one.

🛠️ Getting Started

Woobly uses 100% native Discord Slash Commands (/). Command names are localized: Discord shows them in your client's language (English, Spanish or Chinese).

1. Invite the bot with the link below.
2. Type /help in any channel to browse all modules.
3. Deploy your first panel:
   • Staff shifts: /shifts panel
   • Tickets: /ticket panel create
   • Bot language: /config language (English / Español / 中文)
4. Something not working? /permissions shows missing permissions.
