VT5.1 Released!

- Threads are now supported. They are private (as private as non-nitro threads can be), prefixless for everyone, and are now the default means of conversing with Jade!
- ono... looks like prefixless channels are going the way of the dodo- instead, sponsors can now set entire guilds to be ad-free and vote-free (Depending on the tier) see https://github.com/sponsors/JEF1056 for details on the changes (going live on Friday)
- Ads now only appear on 1/4 messages that jade sends, at random!
- The strike system has been vastly improved, and is significantly better at determing the subject of the sentence. Note that is is still not 100% perfect, but should be accurate most of the time.
