The Origin Story

Managing alliance servers on Discord is challenging. Representatives from different servers need roles, their ads need tracking, and when they leave, cleanup is a hassle. QuasarBot was built to automate all of this.

Alliance Management Made Simple

At its core, QuasarBot excels at partnership server management. Set up an ad channel and representative role, and the bot handles everything automatically. When someone mentions a representative in the ad channel, they instantly get the rep role. Every mention is tracked in a database, creating a complete history of who partnered and when.

The J2L (Join-to-Leave) system adds another layer of automation. Enable it, and anyone who leaves within 24 hours of joining gets automatically banned. When representatives leave the server, their ads are automatically deleted and they can be banned, keeping your server clean.

A daily scan runs at midnight PHT to catch anyone who left while the bot was offline, ensuring no leaver goes unnoticed.

Auto Responders

Set up custom auto responders to answer frequently asked questions or provide information automatically. Configure triggers and responses with category restrictions and staff-only options for complete control.

Auto Reactions

React to every message in a channel with any emoji — Unicode or custom. Up to 20 per channel. Good for announcement channels, suggestion channels, or anywhere that needs a consistent reaction.

Welcome System

Custom welcome messages with variables and DM welcome options. A clean embed showing the new member's avatar and your server icon.

Anti-Nuke Protection

Protect your server from mass deletions, bans, kicks, and unverified bot additions. Configurable limits, warnings first, then punishment. Bypass trusted users and roles so your moderators don't get caught. Warnings reset daily.

Server owners get complete control. Dedicated log channels, health checks, a setup wizard, and full server configuration management. View your entire configuration with one command. Reset everything with another. Export and import your database anytime.

Privacy First

QuasarBot stores only what it needs: user IDs for tracking, server IDs for configuration, and message IDs for ad tracking. No message content is stored. No personal information is collected. Data can be deleted by server admins anytime with /reset-config.
