Raid-Calender

Raid night for World of Warcraft guilds — sorted before it starts. Sign-ups in Discord, a dashboard on the web and an addon in the game. Retail, Classic (Era and Hardcore) and Forever. In English, Svenska, Deutsch and Français.

Sign-ups that fill the roster

• One click in Discord — Sign up, Tentative, Bench or Can't make it. Class and spec are picked once and remembered.
• A live roster — Tanks & Healers, Melee & Ranged, with class and spec icons and a check against the composition you need ("needs 1 healer").
• Full raids and approval — late sign-ups queue on the bench and move up by themselves; raids can wait for a raid leader's approval. Pugs sign up with a shared link.
• Recurring raids, reminders and DMs to regulars who haven't answered.

A dashboard for raid leaders

• Drag and drop between roles, bench and raid groups 1–8 — the Discord post follows.
• Soft reserves with loot lists for every boss (every Classic raid from Molten Core to Naxxramas, and retail), SR+ for players who keep missing out, and wishlists.
• Boss jobs, bench rotation, planned absences, raid teams, templates and a calendar feed.
• Gear check — missing enchants and empty sockets of everyone coming.

History that remembers

• Who came and who got what — attendance at every boss, loot per raid and per player, consumables at ready checks, regulars who have gone quiet.
• Character sheets — gear with icons and tooltips, enchants, gems, item level, raid progress and Mythic+ rating, with Armory, Raider.IO and Warcraft Logs links.
• My page for every player — the next raid, your jobs and reserves, and a to-do list that ticks itself off. Also in Discord: /mypage.

An addon for raid night

Invites, group sorting, soft reserves and wishlists when loot drops, rolls among those who reserved, ready checks with food, flasks and class buffs, an SR column in RCLootCouncil — and a log of the night that goes back to the website, with a recap in your Discord channel.

Getting started

1. Add Raid-Calender to your server.
2. /raid-config set — choose the channel, timezone and language.
3. /raid create — pick the game and raid, fill in date and time, done.

Everything players do is free. Raid leader tools are a free preview for now.
