What can Vaeros help with?

Moderation and server protection Handle warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans and message cleanup, with case histories your team can look back through. Configure AutoMod and raid protection, keep server logs, review private member reports and lock selected channels during an incident. The optional global ban system lets you choose between alerts and automatic bans.

Vaeros Sentinel Set up a clearly labelled channel where members are told not to post. Messages from accounts without an exemption can trigger a log entry, timeout, kick or ban. Add member and role exceptions, then check your configuration in Test Mode before enabling automatic actions.

Tickets and Modmail Give members a private place to ask for help. Staff can claim tickets, save transcripts and collect ratings after closing them. Prefer support through DMs? Members can message Vaeros directly while your team replies from a private channel on your server.

Levels, profiles and community milestones Reward text and voice activity with XP, levels and role rewards. Members can check their rank cards, customise their appearance when enabled and browse achievements. Member profiles bring their progress together, while birthday announcements and optional birthday roles give everyone a moment to celebrate. You can also publish a web leaderboard.

Welcomes and member roles Greet new arrivals with personalised messages and banners, assign starter roles and give members a role after they accept your rules. Role panels let people choose their own interests, games and notifications. Invite tracking helps you see which invitations brought people in.

Things to do together Run polls and giveaways, collect suggestions with voting, and organise event sign-ups. The Raid & Team Planner supports job-based registrations and attendance tracking. Temp Voice lets members create their own voice rooms, which disappear when empty. A starboard saves messages your community loved.

Streams, scheduled announcements and radio Post Twitch live alerts and new YouTube uploads automatically. Schedule Twitch announcements for particular dates or recurring weekdays, including regular DJ sets. Play radio stations in voice channels and choose which DJ roles control playback. Standard radio is free; Founder adds 24/7 playback.

The everyday extras Save useful replies as tags, answer common questions automatically, set reminders and use AFK statuses. There are also server statistics channels, weekly recaps, member information commands, dice rolls and coin flips.

The free Community plan includes core tools such as moderation, tickets, Modmail, levels, birthdays, welcome messages and Twitch and YouTube announcements.

Founder is optional and helps cover development and hosting. It includes extras such as 24/7 radio, early access to features, premium support and direct chat with the developer. The current benefits are listed on our pricing page.
