Taïru is a Discord bot built for communities that want more than just basic moderation. It handles the repetitive stuff — welcoming members, collecting their suggestions, tracking who invited whom, bumping, filtering out ghosts, automatically moderating rule-breaking messages, and creating discussion threads automatically — so you can focus on growing your server.

💬 Anonymous Confessions

Members can submit anonymous confessions using /confess. Each confession is posted in a dedicated channel and gets its own reply thread. Interactive buttons let anyone respond anonymously, and the bot quietly marks replies from the original author — without revealing their identity. Moderators get a separate log channel to review content without breaking anonymity.

💡 Suggestions

Members submit ideas via /suggest. The command opens a modal, then posts an embed in the configured channel with three vote reactions: ✅ For, ⚪ Neutral (can be disabled), and ❌ Against.

• Exclusive voting: clicking a reaction automatically removes the member's other votes.
• Live counters: the embed updates in real time.
• Dynamic color: the embed turns green, red, or grey based on the leading vote.

Moderators can manage suggestion statuses with /admin suggest:

All three support autocomplete and accept an optional reason displayed on the embed.

👋 Welcome Messages

Set up a fully custom welcome embed with a title, a message ({{member}} and {{memberCount}} variables), an image, and a pool of random greeting quotes. Choose when it fires:

📨 Invite Tracking

Taïru tracks which invite link each new member used to join. Every arrival logs a detailed embed (member, account creation date, inviter, link, usage count, expiry) in the configured channel.

The top inviters leaderboard is available with /invites leaderboard — top 10 with medals 🥇🥈🥉.

⏰ Bump Reminder

Taïru watches for Disboard bumps and automatically pings your bump channel when the 2-hour cooldown is up. Configure a role to mention so the right people are notified every time. No more missed bumps.

🧵 Automatic Threads

Taïru can automatically create a discussion thread under every message posted in a configured channel. Perfect for introduction, showcase, or any channel where each message deserves its own reply space.

Thread names support placeholders: {{author}} (message author), {{channel}} (channel name), {{date}} (current date). Example: "Introduction by {{author}}".

🛡️ Auto-Moderation

Fully configurable auto-moderation system. Each rule independently maps a trigger to a sanction — rules stack, and only the first matching one fires per message.

Trigger	What it detects
spam	Too many messages in a short time window
banned-words	A word or regex pattern in a message
mentions	Too many user/role mentions in a single message
caps	Too high a percentage of uppercase letters
links	All HTTP/HTTPS links or Discord invites only
banned-file-names	Attachments whose name matches a pattern

Available sanctions: warn (warning + DM), timeout (temporary mute), kick, and ban. The triggering message is automatically deleted.

Ignored roles can be configured to exempt moderators and bots from automod.

🔨 Auto-Kick

For servers with a verification flow, Taïru can automatically kick members who don't get the required role within a configurable time window. Configure via /automod auto-kick.

🔒 Lockdown

Instantly lock a channel with /lockdown lock — no member can write in it anymore. Unlocking precisely restores the previous permissions with no side effects.

🧹 Purge

Bulk delete up to 100 messages in a channel with /purge. Filter by user to only target their messages. Messages older than 14 days are automatically excluded (Discord limit).

🐢 Slow Mode

Set a channel's slow mode in seconds with /slowmode. Pass 0 to disable it. Duration is displayed in a human-readable format (e.g. 1m 30s). Maximum: 6 hours.

Admins can review command usage stats with /admin stats:
