It happens in every server. Logger keeps track.
A message was deleted.
Discord doesn’t show what it said. Logger does: the text, the author and who deleted it. Several bots stop at one hour or at the last 10 messages per channel. Logger keeps messages for 14 days, free, and up to 90 days with Premium.
A member was banned.
Logger shows who was banned, by which moderator and the reason, if there is one, in the channel you choose. Your staff don’t have to ask in chat or open the audit log: every moderation decision stays documented and easy to check.
A new member joined the server.
Logger shows which invite they used and how many days old their account is. An account created yesterday stands out at once, and you know which link is bringing in new members: an edge against raids and spam, and a way to see which invites work.
A conversation needs keeping.
With
/archiveyou save up to 100 messages in a web page, with images and reactions, and get a link to share. It’s an alternative to screenshots, useful for closing a ticket, keeping evidence of a report or showing a chat to your staff.
Same deletion. Only one tells you what it said.
Discord already has an audit log. When a moderator deletes a message, here is what the audit log shows and what Logger shows.

What is a logging bot?
A bot is an automated account you add to your server. Logger detects what happens and posts it in a channel, so you can check it when you need to.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Add Logger and run /setup in the channel you prefer. Alternatively, you can configure it from the dashboard on the website.
How much does it cost?
Adding Logger and using every logging feature is free.
Who can see the logs?
Only people with access to the log channel. You decide who: usually your staff.
How is it different from Discord’s audit log?
The audit log doesn’t show the text of deleted messages, and it doesn’t record people deleting their own messages.
Can I choose what gets recorded?
Yes. With /setup or the dashboard you choose which events to record and in which channel: all together, or each event in its own channel.
What happens if I remove Logger?
Logger stops recording and the server’s configuration is deleted. Logs already posted stay in your channel.
How long can I read a deleted message?
Up to 14 days after it was sent, for free, and up to 90 with Premium. Logger saves messages from the moment it is added to your server.
Nothing slips through the logs.
Add Logger and run /setup in your log channel.
To send different logs to different channels, run the command again in another channel.
