What is a Tunnel?
A tunnel is a virtual conversation relay that can be used to bridge the gap between Discord servers. For example, say you wanted to introduce your friends from one server to another server, but don't want to fully commit to inviting them to your server. You can create a tunnel between a single channel in your discord servers to allow active conversation with which ever discord servers you please.
