Setup

1. Enable public war log in your clan settings (required)
2. /set_reminder_channel: where reminders post
3. /monitor_clan: add your clan(s)
4. /link_account: link your members
5. /set_prep_channel and /assign_prep_notifiers (optional)

Note: Public war log is required. Clans with a private war log are removed from monitoring after 7 days to limit API load, just re-add with /monitor_clan once it's public.
