Welcomes members, answers repeat questions with /faq, routes the rest to staff with /ask. For paid courses. 7 days free, then $19/mo.
Your paid Discord, looked after. ServerDesk is a support bot for paid course and cohort communities. It handles the repetitive parts so your staff have more room for people.
What it does
- Warm welcomes — greets new members in the channel you choose, in your words and your tone.
- /faq — answers members from your own FAQ. Send us your questions and answers and we load them for you, usually the same day.
- /ask — routes real questions to a private thread or staff channel. No mass DMs.
- /setup — connect your welcome channel, staff channel and staff role in under a minute.
How it works
- Add ServerDesk with the invite link. No payment up front.
- Run /setup.
- Email your FAQ and server ID to [email protected]; we load it, usually the same day.
- After the 7-day trial, keep it for $19/mo per server — pay from /help so payment links to your server. Cancel anytime; full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
Hosted and kept running for you. No servers or developer portal needed. Support: https://discord.gg/J2VJwsP5QP · https://serverdesk-landing.onrender.com
