Moderation Commands
-clear Deletes specific amount of messages
-lock Locks current or mentioned channel from allowing everyone to send messages
-unlock Unlocks current or mentioned channel from allowing everyone to send messages
-role Gives specific user provided role
-roll Generates random number from provided numbers
