Currently a Complete and customizable ticketing system. Adjustable:

• Ticket system message
• Ticket message

• Rename Tickets
• Ticket Claim Button Visibility
• If the user is allowed to close the ticket
• Whether after the close button, the closing must still be confirmed
• Individual dropdown menu, here ticket reasons can be stored which the user must select before creating the ticket
• Individual claim categories, here the ticket is moved into a category, if the user has the stored role for one of the categories (tickets are tidier)
