Bot for detecting Wikidot outages.
Requests scp-wiki.wikidot.com once per minute. If it receives an error for 3 minutes in a row, it sends a message in a selected channel stating that Wikidot is down. Sends another message when Wikidot comes back up. Users can view the last request using /status, or manually perform a request using /forcecheck.
