Ami — Mod Mail & Ticketing, Done Right

Ami is a dedicated communication bridge for your server, not a heavy moderation bot. She handles support tickets and anonymous staff conversations using modern Discord tools — completely free, with no features locked behind a paywall.

Two ways to run support

• Mod Mail Style — members DM Ami directly, staff reply anonymously from a private channel
• Ticket Style — an interactive panel members open tickets from, right inside your server. Pick Default categories during setup to get a ready-made panel immediately, or Custom to design your own on the dashboard and publish when you're happy with them.

Getting started

Run /setup and follow the wizard — it walks you through Mod Mail or Ticket style and configures everything. /help explains how members reach your staff, and /commands lists every command available at your permission level. Both work before setup has been run.

Ami needs Manage Channels and Manage Roles to create her ticket channels. She does not need Administrator — if a permission is missing, /setup tells you exactly which one.
