OCR Bot
Purpose
A simple bot to allow users to retrieve text from provided images and if it's a foreign language allow them to translate it to English.
Commands

| translate | translate [from] [to] [text] | Translate using googles API |

| prefix | prefix [prefix] | Change the prefix for the bot |
