Stellas-Sentinel

🛡️ Stella’s Sentinel — Your server. Your rules. Your way.

Running a Discord community should leave you time to enjoy it. Stella’s Sentinel brings moderation, security, tickets, roles, announcements and community tools together in one bot, with a mobile-friendly dashboard to manage it all.

The idea behind Sentinel is simple: reduce the need to juggle three or more bots just to get the tools your community needs. Enable the features you want and build a setup that fits your server.

🔒 Verification that fits your community Use standard Discord verification or enable website verification with optional VPN, proxy, Tor and suspected-alt checks. Choose which detections to allow, log, send for review or block. Members who pass your configured checks can verify automatically. Staff can handle exceptions through review reports with Accept/Deny buttons or manual verification commands.

Private IP addresses stay hidden from server owners. Possible-alt flags use shared-network and browser signals; they are indicators for review, not proof that two accounts belong to the same person.

⚔️ Moderation and server protection Keep your community manageable with warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, message cleanup and moderation history. Configure automated filters, responses and channel exemptions, with logs to help staff understand what happened.

🎫 Tickets built for real support Create ticket panels with buttons or dropdowns, custom questions and separate support routes. Give staff tools to claim, assign and close tickets, save transcripts and collect feedback. Inactivity warnings can ping the ticket creator before automatic closure.

🎭 Flexible role management Build button, dropdown and reaction role panels. Set up automatic roles, temporary roles and role rules, including selected role restoration for returning members.

🎨 An embed studio with room to create Design messages with live previews, colored buttons, dropdowns and connected pages. Build up to 10 total pages and use the page map to follow their connections. Save up to 30 named drafts per server, then browse, search, duplicate and reopen them from the draft gallery.

📅 Scheduled and repeating announcements Schedule messages, embeds or both together. Add selected role mentions, create recurring posts and manage schedules from the dashboard—useful for reminders, events and regular community updates.

👋 Welcomes with a personal touch Create custom welcome messages, different greetings for returning members, invite-specific welcomes and member milestone celebrations. Choose which eligible roles returning members should receive again.

🎉 More ways to keep people involved Bring your community together with leveling and XP, level roles, giveaways, polls, suggestions, birthdays, questions of the day, counting and mini-games. Suggestions go to your configured suggestions channel, even when someone submits one elsewhere.

✅ To-do lists inside Discord Create, manage and share to-do boards through Discord commands or the dashboard. Keep projects, staff tasks and community plans visible where your members already are.

📱 Control from your phone or computer Manage settings through a mobile-friendly dashboard with multiple themes. Give staff access to selected pages with View or Manage permissions, and keep each server’s setup separate.

Currently free while in beta. Sentinel is actively growing through community feedback. It will remain free for as long as operating costs and growth make that sustainable.
