Horizon

Horizon gives every member of your server a voice channel of their own. You join the Join to Create channel, Horizon builds a room and moves you into it, and once the last person leaves the room deletes itself, so your channel list only shows rooms people are actually sitting in.

It's all free. A premium tier might show up later, but anything that's free today stays free.

Setup

Invite Horizon and run /setup. That creates the Join to Create channel for you, and there's nothing else you have to configure unless you want to.

Running your room

Whoever creates the room owns it. You can rename it, cap how many people get in, lock or hide it, and kick or block anyone who shouldn't be there, using either the button panel or slash commands.

If you don't want to handle it alone, promote up to seven members to mods. They can kick, block, send invites and manage the trusted list; what they can't do is take the channel from you. Every role resets when the channel closes.

Use the same setup most nights? Save it to one of three profile slots and load it next time instead of redoing it.

For admins

You set the default permissions and decide who's allowed to rename or kick. If you'd rather keep the controls for mods only, that works too, and each Join to Create channel can run under its own rules.

Almost everything is configurable.
