A trap sweet enough for bots to fall into.
BuzzTrap sets up a honeypot channel that's fully visible to your members, who know to leave it alone. The moment anything posts there, it's caught automatically.
How it works
No hidden permissions, no complicated setup. The honeypot channel is visible to everyone. Real members are told not to post there. Spam and raid bots that blindly blast every channel don't know that, and get caught the moment they do.
Response options
Choose what happens when the trap triggers: softban, permanent ban, kick, mute, or manual reviewPremium. Manual review with Premium keeps evidence screenshots from expiring, unlike normal Discord attachment links.
Why not fully whitelist staff?
Admins and owners are already immune to kicks and bans through Discord's own permission system, so whitelisting them adds no extra protection. Any account, including staff, can get compromised. That's why BuzzTrap recommends Mute (24h) over a full whitelist bypass.
