It is a basic bot designed for people who find it difficult to configure Discord bots and servers, just add it to your server and users by typing! Ticket will be able to create tickets for a member of the staff to attend them.
To use it you will have to create a range called "Ticket Support". And you will grant it to the people you want to be able to see the tickets of the users
