Eiflex — Verification and Server Security

Eiflex helps Discord communities manage member verification, join logs, and user warning records. With Turkish and English language support, it can be configured to suit your server.

🔐 Code-Based Member Verification

Members click the verification button to receive a six-digit code in a direct message. After entering the correct code in the verification form, they automatically receive the role configured by the server owner.

Verification codes expire after five minutes and cannot be reused after successful verification. Three incorrect attempts trigger a two-minute cooldown. Members are notified if the bot cannot send them a direct message.

📋 Member Join Logs

When someone joins your server, Eiflex immediately sends an embed to your selected log channel. It includes the user’s identity, account creation date, and server join time. Logging takes place as soon as they join, without waiting for verification.

⚠️ User Warning System

If a joining member has an entry in the warning list, Eiflex posts a highlighted alert with the recorded description. This gives your moderation team access to the information associated with that user.

Warning records are maintained by the bot owner. Requests to add a record are accepted from the owner of the server involved and reviewed against strong, specific, and verifiable evidence.

🔎 Warning Record Lookup

Use /lookup to check the warning record associated with a Discord user ID. The user does not need to be a member of your server.

The command requires the Manage Server permission, and its response is visible only to the person running it.

🌍 Server-Specific Language and Settings

Each server can choose its own verification role, log channel, and bot language. Turkish and English preferences are saved separately for each server, and verification messages and notifications use the selected language.
