It lets users create upload requests, claim them, and keep track of what they’re responsible for. No guessing who’s working on what. No staff having to manually track things.

Users can see:

• The requests they’ve created
• The requests they’ve claimed
• All claimed requests

Requests can also be cancelled when they’re no longer needed.
