HarborBot is a case-management layer for Discord moderation teams — built for the server with one admin or a thin volunteer mod team responsible for far more members than they can watch alone. It doesn't replace your auto-mod bot (MEE6, Wick, Carl-bot, etc.) — it sits on top, turning scattered reports and gut-feeling flags into organized, evidence-backed cases a human can actually act on.

Why teams switch to HarborBot

• Evidence capture that beats deletion. The moment a report or flag fires, HarborBot snapshots the last 20 messages in that channel into the case record — before the offending message can be vanished.
• Anyone can report, not just mods. /report is open to every member, or right-click any message → Apps → Report Message. Lowers the barrier to flagging real problems.
• Case merging. Multiple reports on the same user within a short window merge into one case instead of piling up duplicates, with every reporter attached.

• Safe Harbor — $4.99/mo per server. Adds case notes, claiming, export, mod on-call dashboard, smart DM escalation, custom escalation rules, unlimited Crewmates, and analytics.
• Big Harbor — $7.99/mo per server. Everything in Safe Harbor, plus no member cap — built for servers that have outgrown 5,000 members.

Safe Harbor and Big Harbor are purchased directly inside Discord — no external checkout, no card details ever touch our servers.
