Sobert

A neural network based chat bot. Responds to private messages, or when he hears his name (or per-server nickname, if set) or @mention in any channel, and learns from all channels he's in. Doesn't talk otherwise, unless a per-channel option is set. Commands:

• /!help - show help
• /!set reply_prob P - Set per-channel probability to reply to every message (0 <= P <= 1)
• /!set mention_only 0|1 - Respond only to his @mention, not name. Defaults to 1
• /!set prefix_only 0|1 - Respond only if his name/@ is at the start of the message. Defaults to 1
