SentinelFX

SentinelFX is a community-operated cross-server moderation network for Discord and FiveM. It's a single hosted Discord bot that you add to your server like any other — no installation, no hosting requirements, no cost — and an optional FXServer resource that extends the same protection into your in-game community.

The core idea is simple: when a bad actor is reported and confirmed in one server, they are automatically removed from every server in the network. Raiders, scammers, cheaters, and ban-evaders no longer get to hop between communities and reset the clock. One ban, enforced everywhere, within seconds.

That enforcement runs in three independent layers. Deploy-time removes a banned user from every member server they're currently in the moment a ban is approved. Join-time checks every new member against the network ban list in real time and blocks them at the door. Sweep-time runs the Watchdog several times a day to catch anyone the first two layers missed. With the optional FiveM resource installed, a fourth layer fires on every player connect: SentinelFX matches against the player's Rockstar licence, Steam ID, Discord, Xbox Live, Cfx.re account, and a hashed hardware fingerprint, blocking ban-evasion alts even on brand-new accounts.

Beyond the network ban list, SentinelFX ships a full per-server protection stack. Anti-raid auto-locks the server during coordinated mass joins. Auto-mod handles spam, scam links, banned words, and mass mentions in real time with progressive escalation. Verification puts every new member through a quick link-based check on the SentinelFX website that screens for known network bans, cross-server warnings, automation markers, and ban-evader profiles before granting access — with operator-tunable strictness and a kick-or-quarantine choice on failure. Threat scoring assigns a live 0–100 risk read on every user, surfaced in mod-log alerts and the cross-server review queue.

Reports are triaged by a hybrid auto-action engine: a deterministic rule layer the SentinelFX team controls end-to-end, plus an optional AI second-opinion layer for genuinely ambiguous cases. Both run under hard safety rails — no ban without machine-verified evidence and corroboration, no override of protective gates, full audit logging — and the AI layer is kill-switchable from the dashboard.

Everything is configurable from a web dashboard at sentinelfx.net/dashboard: per-server module toggles, channel and role assignments, threshold tuning, and the cross-network review queue for staff. Ban appeals are first-class — anyone with an active network ban can appeal, every appeal is reviewed by a human (never an AI), and approved appeals lift the ban across every connected server simultaneously.

The FiveM bridge is distributed through the official Tebex / CFX Asset Escrow channel, free, signed end-to-end, and built to fail open: if SentinelFX is ever unreachable, your FXServer keeps running and only confirmed network-ban matches block a player from connecting.

SentinelFX is operated by a volunteer team with a documented commitment to privacy, fair enforcement, transparent process, and no premium tiers. It is free, will remain free, never sells data, never trains third-party models on member content, and runs on signed payloads with encrypted-at-rest secrets.
