Kaznioničar — Discord Moderation/Punishment Bot

This is a Croatian-language Discord bot built with discord.py, using both prefix commands (default prefix q, customizable per server) and slash commands, with a MySQL/MariaDB backend (via aiomysql) for persistent storage.

Purpose: It implements a "punishment" (kazna) system for server moderators. When a moderator punishes a member, the bot assigns a "kazna" role and directs the offender to a dedicated punishment channel, where they must complete a task before the role — and access restriction — is lifted.

Two punishment tracks:

• Regular punishment (kazna/skini): the punished user must repeat a fixed pledge sentence ("Obećavam da ću poštovati pravila servera i da ću biti dobar.") a specified number of times in the punishment channel.
• Hardcore punishment (kaznahc/skinihc): the user must count aloud in words (jedan, dva, tri…) one number per message, up to their assigned point total. A wrong entry doesn't erase progress — it adds one extra point and the count resumes from where they left off. Completing the count automatically removes the role.

Administration: /setup configures the punishment role and channel per server; /prefiks changes the text-command prefix; /whitelist dodaj|makni|lista manages which roles are authorized to issue punishments (server managers/admins always have access); /komande shows a help embed listing everything. There's also a /tip donation command with a linked button.

Permissions: Every punishment command checks ima_ovlast() — the user must have manage_guild/administrator, or hold a whitelisted role (falling back to manage_roles if no whitelist is set).
