Create activities naturally

Mention NoFlake with the activity, time, duration, and number of participants:

@NoFlake Tonight at 9, organize a five-player League of Legends session for two hours.

NoFlake converts the request into a structured activity card with the correct time, capacity, host, and lifecycle.

RSVP without clutter

Members can respond directly from the activity card:

• ✅ Going
• ⏳ Waitlist
• 👀 Watching
• ❌ Not joining

When a place becomes available, eligible waitlisted members can be promoted automatically.

Check-ins and reminders

NoFlake keeps the activity moving with scheduled reminders and check-ins:

• Check-in before the activity
• Last-minute reminder
• Start notification
• Attendance follow-up
• Final activity recap

The workflow survives Bot restarts, so scheduled reminders are not kept only in memory.

Playful Flake Court

When someone committed to an activity but misses check-in, NoFlake can open a lighthearted, activity-only attendance review.

The member can explain what happened, eligible participants can vote, and NoFlake creates playful, fact-bound copy for the result.

Flake Court is entertainment—not moderation, punishment, a reputation score, or a real-world disciplinary system.

Shareable recaps

At the end of an activity, NoFlake creates a compact recap using recorded RSVP, check-in, attendance, and activity facts.

Celebrate the players who showed up, remember the funniest moments, and make the next activity easier to organize.

🌍 English, Chinese, and time zones

NoFlake supports English and Simplified Chinese.

Members may set a personal time zone for each server:

@NoFlake set my timezone to America/Los_Angeles

Server owners and administrators may also configure a server time zone. If neither is configured, NoFlake uses its default time zone.

Existing activities keep the time zone saved when they were created, and Discord timestamps are displayed in each member’s local time.

🚀 Getting started

1. Invite NoFlake to your Discord server.
2. Make sure it can view the channel, send messages, embed links, and read message history.
3. Mention it with your plan:

@NoFlake Tomorrow at 7 PM, organize a six-person movie night.

You can also reply to an existing NoFlake card and mention the Bot:

@NoFlake Move it to 8:30 PM.

🔒 Privacy-conscious by design

NoFlake does not scan ordinary server conversation, direct messages, or channel history for AI planning.

It processes natural-language messages only when users explicitly mention @NoFlake, together with interactions users deliberately submit through NoFlake’s own cards.
