The right to peacefully assemble is protected under the 1st Ammendment of the US consitution. Despite this, many police departments across the USA continue to crack down on peaceful demonstrations with excessive force. Because of this, it is important that their actions are held to account and are able to be seen by the public. PBbot aims to spread evidence of police violence during the 2020 George Floyd protests, to ensure everyone is able to publicly see the excessive force against peaceful protestors. This bot is not intended to promote a specific veiwpoint, but to provide users with the objective facts.
