Resolve is a Discord ticketing system built for communities that need a better way to handle support.

Knowledge Base

Resolve includes a built-in knowledge base for guides, frequently asked questions, troubleshooting steps, rules, and other helpful information.

This gives members somewhere to look for answers before opening a ticket and gives staff one place to keep support information updated.

Honeypot Protection

The optional honeypot system helps catch spam accounts that join a server and immediately post scam links or fake giveaway messages.

It is designed to help remove common automated spam before it becomes a bigger problem.

Web Dashboard

Server owners and staff can manage Resolve through a web dashboard instead of doing everything through Discord commands.

From the dashboard, you can configure panels, departments, forms, staff access, knowledge base articles, integrations, and other server settings.

Minecraft Bridge

Resolve also includes a Minecraft plugin that connects your server to the ticket system.

Players can reach support without leaving the game, making it useful for Minecraft servers and networks that want a smoother support process.

The Minecraft bridge is available on all plans.

Custom Branding

Pro servers can use a custom webhook name and avatar for ticket messages.
