ProNick

A role-based nickname transformer that grew into a full server toolkit — moderation, automod, verification, tickets, giveaways, leveling, welcome cards and audit logging, every one of them configurable from a real web dashboard.

🔧  Role Transform

The feature ProNick is named after. Pick a role and a name format with /setup, and every member holding that role is renamed to match — the moment they get it, and again if it changes later. Put {user} anywhere in the format, so 『Staff』{user} turns Dan into 『Staff』Dan. The rename is idempotent, so nobody ends up wearing the same tag three times.

🔒  Moderation Tools

Everything a staff team reaches for, as slash commands and prefix commands alike: ban, unban, kick, timeout and remove-timeout, add-role and remove-role, set a nickname, disconnect someone from a voice channel, set a channel slowmode, and look up the reason behind an existing ban.

🆘  HelpMe System

A lightweight way for members to call staff without pinging everyone. Members raise a request, staff pick it up, and the bot keeps score — per-member request counts, per-staff response counts, and a leaderboard of who actually answers. Choose a plain text or embed format and set your own hex colour.

✅  Verify System

Put a verification gate in front of your server so raid bots never reach your channels. Pick the role verification grants and write your own verification message. The button keeps working across bot restarts — the view is rebound on startup, so an old panel never goes dead.

🛡️  AutoMod System

Three filters you can arm independently: anti-link, anti-spam with your own message threshold and mute duration, and a banned words list. Roles you trust can be exempted, offenders are muted with the role you choose, and /show_automod_status prints exactly what is on and at what values — no guessing which filter caught what.

🎫  Ticket System

One interactive /setup_ticket walks you through the whole thing: multiple ticket categories, each with its own button, its own colour, and its own set of questions asked in a pop-up form before the channel is even opened. Staff can claim a ticket so two people never answer the same one, and closing a ticket generates a full HTML transcript and files it in your log channel.

Run giveaways with multiple winners and a live countdown, end one early, reroll if a winner disappears, list what is still running, or clear one out entirely. Every giveaway also gets its own page on the dashboard, so entries can be checked from a browser.

📈  XP & Leveling

Members earn XP for talking and level up as they go. Map any level to a role and ProNick hands it out automatically, write your own level-up announcement, send it to the channel of your choice, and show a paginated server leaderboard with /top.

👋  Welcome Cards & Invite Tracking

New members are greeted with a generated image card — their avatar, your background, your text — not just another embed. Alongside it, ProNick tracks which invite each member joined from and who created it, so you always know where your growth is actually coming from. Right-to-left names are shaped correctly, so they render the way they are written.

📋  Action Log

A proper audit trail. Message deletes, edits and bulk purges; members joining, leaving, being banned, unbanned or renamed; roles and channels created, deleted or edited — each logged with the person who actually did it, pulled from Discord's audit log rather than guessed. Route different events to different channels, and add channels or members to an ignore list.

💬  Autoresponder & Custom Commands

Teach the bot your server's own replies. The autoresponder watches for a trigger phrase and answers it; custom commands give you your own commands with variables, role restrictions and per-user cooldowns. Both are built entirely in the dashboard, no code involved.

✍️  Nickname Change Requests

Let members ask for a nickname instead of handing out Manage Nicknames. A request goes to your review channel with approve and deny buttons, and a cooldown you set stops anyone turning it into a game.
