Warnings go on the member's record, and so does anything AutoMod acts on. Mutes and timeouts can be set to count as well. You decide what happens at each tier and how long a strike takes to fade.

Simple or Advanced

The busiest pages open on the few settings it takes to switch the feature on, and Advanced holds the rest. Going back to Simple says what it will change first, and nothing saves until you press Save.

Custom commands

Write your own slash commands, up to 50 per server: a name, a description, and one message with an optional image and color. A channel picker sits above the message and puts the link in where your cursor is, so nobody has to go hunting for an ID.

Problem reports

Aegis rechecks what you have switched on and posts to a channel when one of them stops working: a deleted channel, a deleted role, a permission it has lost. It names the feature and the setting, and posts again once everything is fixed.

The dashboard is for setting things up: channels, roles, thresholds, messages. Nobody should have to configure a bot by typing at it. The everyday commands stay where they belong, in chat. Kick, ban and mute also sit on a right-click, under Apps, and both routes answer to the mod and admin roles you name, not to who holds Discord's kick and ban permissions.
