Lumiq

What Lumiq does

Community Protection Lumiq monitors every message in real time and evaluates context — who sent it, their history, their standing in the server, and what's currently happening around them. It warns, removes, times out, and escalates based on reasoning, not keyword lists. When a raid is detected, Lumiq locks the server automatically and alerts the owner.

Member Journey New members are welcomed with a custom card featuring their Discord avatar. As members participate, they earn XP and level up — each milestone marked with a unique announcement card delivered to the community. Staff members are recognized from day one with elevated status reflecting their existing contribution.

Community Intelligence Lumiq tracks patterns across time — not just individual messages, but behavioral trends, engagement shifts, and community health. A weekly intelligence report gives server owners a clear picture of what's growing, what's quiet, and where attention is needed.

Cross-Server Awareness When a bad actor is removed from one server running Lumiq, every other server running Lumiq is informed if that person attempts to join. Threat records follow users across communities.

Roles & Structure Lumiq builds and maintains a self-service roles channel based on the server's actual channels — members opt into notifications for what they care about. Role assignments, badge management, and channel creation all happen without admin involvement.

Birthdays Members register their birthdays. Lumiq handles the rest — announcements, upcoming previews, dedicated channel management.

What makes Lumiq different

Lumiq doesn't need configuration to start doing its job. It reads the server, understands what's there, and gets to work. There are no dashboards to fill out, no rule sets to define, and no ongoing maintenance required from server owners. It gets better the longer it runs. Observations accumulate, patterns emerge, and Lumiq's understanding of each community deepens over time.
